Maintenance activities receive less attention, because maintenance activities are considered less urgent than development activities, the organizational structure of maintenance is not always there, and facility managers believe that building maintenance is a technical problem that is not related to the purpose of the building. The purpose of the building is determined by the preferences of the user. Then after analyzing the results, the conclusion is that if the maintenance and repair is compared with residential buildings (this research) with mosque and library buildings, the results of maintenance and repair of residential buildings that have high mobility are obtained with an annual cost of Rp. 3,864,963,300 with the percentage difference with the mosque building is 77.16% and with the library building is 53.18%.
