Astra Infra faces several challenges in the development and maintenance of toll roads. These include limitations in asphalt material supply, issues related to over dimension and over load (ODOL) vehicles, the growth of grass on asphalt surfaces during the rainy season, and the management of various types of waste, including domestic waste from surrounding communities, grass waste, and construction debris.

Through this meeting, it is expected that BINUS and Astra Infra can establish a collaborative research partnership based on real case studies. This collaboration aims to develop practical and sustainable solutions to address existing challenges in toll road infrastructure management.
