Karbonara is a web-based platform designed to calculate embodied carbon in construction projects automatically and accurately. Users—including engineers, architects, and developers—can input key project data such as material volumestransport distances, and waste percentages. The system then processes this data and calculates the total embodied carbon based on material life cycle stages, covering production (A1–A3)transportation (A4), and construction processes (A5).

Built on internationally recognized standards such as EN 15978 and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology, Karbonara features an integrated emission factor database tailored to construction materials commonly used in Indonesia. Results are displayed through real-time analysis and visual reports, helping users make environmentally responsible decisions and align with sustainability goals.
