The Civil Engineering Department carried out a Site Visit to PT. Baja Perkasa Sentosa (BPS) on October 2nd, 2025, as part of its ongoing effort to enhance students’ understanding of construction materials and industrial practices. During the visit, students had the opportunity to observe the steel manufacturing and fabrication processes directly, gaining valuable insights into the production, quality control, and applications of steel in structural engineering. This activity aimed to bridge academic knowledge with real-world industry experience, strengthening students’ competence in material technology and construction engineering.
