Evaluation of Bike Lanes in Jakarta Using Bicycle Level of Service Method (Case Study: Jenderal Sudirman Road, Senayan Area, and Letjen S Parman Road)
BACKGROUND
To enhance community mobility, reduce pollution levels, and alleviate traffic congestion, the Governor of DKI Jakarta has developed a number of bicycle lanes in strategic locations. From 2012 to 2023, the total length of bicycle lanes constructed in the DKI Jakarta Province has reached 313.607 kilometers.
OBJECTIVES

To analyze the volume of vehicles using bicycle lanes on Jenderal Sudirman Road, the Senayan Area, and Letjen S. Parman Road.

To evaluate safety aspects of the bicycle lanes, including protection, pavement conditions, and road width, on Jenderal Sudirman Road, the Senayan Area, and Letjen S. Parman Road.

To assess the quality of bicycle lanes on Jenderal Sudirman Road, the Senayan Area, and Letjen S. Parman Road using the Bicycle Level of Service (BLOS) method.
