A memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed between BINUS University and the Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman (DPRKP) Provinsi DKI Jakarta. The signing was attended Mr. Sarjoko as the Head of the DPRKP and Mr. Tirta Mursitama as the Vice Rector of Research and Technology Transfer at BINUS University. This event was also attended by Faculty of Engineering faculty members.

This occasion is a significant milestone in the relationship between the university and the government. It signifies a commitment to collaboration and cooperation, as both parties work towards a common goal in improving the quality of public housing and residential areas and in the context of regional / urban development in DKI Jakarta Province.
