The parallel sessions of ICEED 2026 were conducted in a hybrid format, allowing presenters and participants to attend either in person or virtually. On-site sessions were held in classrooms at BINUS International FX, while online sessions were conducted via Zoom.

This hybrid arrangement provided flexibility for participants from different locations to actively engage in the conference. Each session featured paper presentations followed by discussions and question-and-answer sessions, facilitating academic exchange and knowledge sharing among presenters and participants.
